These notes cover the public Clarafin marketing website and contact enquiries. They do not describe all processing within a signed-in Clarafin app account. For questions about app data or an invitation, contact us before providing financial information.

When you open a page, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and response status. This is needed to deliver the website, maintain availability and investigate errors or abuse.

The website is published using OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. These international service providers may process technical data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. We do not claim exclusive Swiss storage for website traffic. 3. Cookies, analytics and external content

We have not added advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, embedded videos or social media widgets to this website. Fonts and images are delivered with the website. Technical cookies or similar mechanisms may be used by the hosting infrastructure for security and delivery.

The example financial figures are fictional. Viewing them does not connect to a bank account or send your financial data to Clara.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address, any name you provide and the content of your message to answer your enquiry. Our email service provider processes messages for delivery and storage. Please do not send passwords or financial documents in an ordinary contact email.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable retention obligations. Technical logs are subject to the hosting providers’ operational retention practices. Contact us for information about the data and retention periods relevant to your enquiry.

6. Your rights and questions
